		<description><![CDATA[And what is more decadent than a truffled herb butter burger???  Oh dear Lord, they were incroyable!  I used a very good quality white truffle oil, maybe 2 Tb, about 4 Tb of melted butter, 1 clove of mashed garlic, and around 1/2 cup of fresh chopped italian parsley.  Brushed on top of good quality ground chuck patties, grilled until medium rare.  Placed on a bun that had also been grill toasted with truffle mixture...WOW.  Flavor overload.  The burger needed no condiments.  The only thing that may have made it even more heavenly would be a piece of mid-July heirloom tomato, but since that wasn&#039;t going to happen, I ate plain.  I highly recommend trying!]]></description>
