Thanks so much Roz! This is a perfect way to cook frozen fish filets. All those flavors really get sealed in witht he fish. I’ve also put pickled peppers, like Mama Lil’s, in with the fish. That tastes delicious :)

Kelly, this photograph of ‘Sole en Papillote’ is one of the most beautiful of a fish dish I have ever seen! I have fish in my freezer and this is what I am going to fix for dinner tonight!! Thanks for the inspiration!
